Hi Guys, I just started my monthly contribution today $20/ Month. IV core is literally begging for more funds. So please contribute to save this organization and save ourselves. If you have not contributed so far, for whatever reason, just do it now....it is never too late. if you want to join ANY iv chapter, your name and other info i listed below is mandatory. we do not admit anonymous members. if you cannot reveal yourself to your own community then you are frankly no good to us....
please DO NOT send blank requests for membership.
having to write back and ask for it is a real waste of my time.

My company is multinational company and per their company policy they can not file two I 140. They are asking me to make a choice . Unfortunalty i am not in position to leave this company and join another one. Please advice what should i choose EB3 04 OR eb2 06.

Yes, EAD is bassed on the 485 you had filed. But it is very very risky to use the EAD even before I 140 is approved, since if by chance it is not approved or some very difficult query comes, and 140 doesnot get approved, you lose your H1 or L1 or whatever current status you are currently in, if you had begun using EAD(since the 485 is based on future approvablity of the 140 and once 140 gets denied, the 485 and EAD automaticaly gets denied)
What exactly does it mean when you say "Use the EAD"? My H1 is valid for next 3 yrs and i dont want to use the EAD (hopefully I'll get it), how do I make sure I dont use the EAD. Does it cause confusion in port of entry when you have both a vlid H1 stamping and EAd and AP?

so whose application processed first? is x's or Y's for final GC process.

My 140 was approved in 2007 and today I got a text message on phone that my application is sent to Nebraska, NE to review and status changed from Approved to Initial review.

Don't be ridiculous. If your I-140 and I-485 are approved, this will not affect it. They are auditing PERM that is in process. FYI- Your employer needs to show that there are no qualified US workers for the position that they are recruiting for on PERM. This audit is about employers using FDBL to try to disqualify qualified US workers. This audit will delay PERM applications, but will not affect I-140 s or I-485's that are approved.
