Based upon the situation AOS you can move to different employer without invoking AC21, if the employer may not revoke I-140, just continue to work with H1B if it is valid and make sure you are employed, if you get RFE from USCIS make sure you have good attorney to prove that you have moved to new company and there by invoking AC21, you may not get RFE this could be worst case situation.

Hi folks,
The local Council for the Arts is sponsoring a photography contest and I'm planning to enter it (my first!!). The subject of the contest is an Ice Fishing Derby held Jan 29-30, 2005 in Silver Lake, NY. Not my ideal choice of subjects, but ...
Here is the primary rule:
"Winning photos will be those that best represent and display the Ice Fishing contest as an interesting winter event."
Of the ~160 shots I took, these were my favorites.

I think most of the EB1 category for India is being used up by the L1-A visa holders who are Multinational Executives.
The place I work has so many people from Big Indian companies and they have applied in EB-1 category and got their GCs in less than a Year.
I strongly feel L1-A visa holders shud not be put in EB-1 category.
What do you think.
Why not? If multinational executives are not excellent enough to apply for EB1, who esle are?

where is your brother now? In US or India? Did he appear for interview as well with his wife? If he is in US how can the HYD consulate ask him for 2nd interview?

I asked IV core on what version of immigration bill they support because I and other people wanted to know since there are so many amendments to the current immigration bill and Now I log in to see , the thread is missing, why, my question was straight forward, again I am asking them on what form of immigration bill they support. I highly doubt In what they are doing looks like they are working for the benefit of them self. Guys please don�t be ignorant and its your right to ask the question don�t be a dumb crowd but ask questions.

Last week lot of people got LUD as 08/05/2007 and no one got any receipts or checks cashed.
I don't think it means anything at this point.

Just wondering how many souls are out there in the country with EB-2 India PD of 2004 and earlier but are not here on IV.
Even with a 1% representation ( assuming that 2004 folks such as us are NOT tired to participate in poll), the total number should be some thing like 8000-9000. 1.5 dependents makes it 20K-25Knumbers.
Also I noticed that a lot of people who voted here has their profile listed as EB-3. Did those guys took the wrong poll or did interfiling?
I feel that OCT EB-2 I & C reversal of DOS was a knee jerk reaction to USCIS's random approvals and we should see a good jump's in next few months.
I have 2 files ( Eb3 -I-old + EB2-I-New) and waiting for interfiling. Many people could be like myself here.

It is a great achievement. Congrats to the core team and all the volunteers who contributed. There is a Tamil proverb meaning, "little rain droplets make a huge river". Each of our small contribution would definitely give us financial strength to put forth our case with the US congress & Government.

For the past one week I posted more then 50 fliers in many of the apartment communities in my neighborhood and also sent lot of emails to friends and groups & forums in my company.
I did receive few disappointing comments on our effort but ignored and continuing my effort.
